Hi George,
I mentioned the other day about “crisis is a chance” Let’s consider
how some of the God’s people used the crisis as a chance.
(In our daily lives.)
Abraham Lincoln; He used the American civil war as a chance.
How did he prepare himself for it? He walked with God in his ordinary life. Before he became president of the nation.
(In Bible) Joseph; As a slave in Potiphar’s house, he worked as a
trustworthy servant, even in the king’s prison, he was a
trustworthy worker. He did his very best in front of God, not
in front of the slave master or the prison keeper, in his every
day life, regardless of what situation he was in.
When the time came, God rewarded for his faithfulness.
David; A trustworthy son for his father, a shepherd, is a hard work,
scorching hot sun in the day and chilling cold nights in the
wilderness, sleeplessly watching over the sheep. He
practiced his sling shots, thousands of times warding off
animals that try to snatch his sheep.
David lived a loyal shepherd’s life in his ordinary life, doing
his very best.
For David’s trustworthy life, God rewarded him in the
battle field against the Philistines.
Stay ahead of the crowd, walking with God. You work for God and humbly ask God to take care of your work for you. The result would be thousand times better than you try to do your own work.
I love you and may God bless you,
Abba.
